Eligibility

Sparks is for adults 18 years of age or older only. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement and that viewing adult content is legal where you are.

The service

Sparks provides free profiles, Smash or Pass matching, private messages between matched members, and a classifieds-style personals board. We do not arrange meetings, verify identities, run background checks or guarantee matches or replies. Use the service at your own risk and follow the safety tips.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; no impersonation.

Your content

You are responsible for your profile, photos, messages and ads. Everything you post must follow the community rules. You confirm you have the right to post any photo you upload and that everyone shown in it is an adult who consented. You let Sparks store and display your content in order to run the service.

No paid services

Sparks may not be used to advertise, sell or buy sexual services or any other paid companionship. Such content is removed and the account may be banned.

Moderation

The Sparks admin may review reported content, remove ads and messages, and suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, the rules, or the law, or that we believe put others at risk. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.

No warranties · limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable at times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparks is not liable for disputes between members, for offline interactions that result from using the site, or for lost content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
