• Consent is requiredAds, profiles and messages must respect boundaries. No coercion, stalking, or harassment. “No” means no, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
• No minors — everAny content sexualizing minors (including fictional, “teen”, school-themed or “barely legal” framing that implies underage) is banned, removed, and the account is banned.
• No trafficking or exploitationDo not post anything that recruits, advertises, or facilitates trafficking, forced labor, or commercial sexual exploitation.
• No paid services or prices for sexSparks is for free, mutual connections only. No prices, rates, “roses”, “donations”, incall/outcall or any other form of paid companionship.
• No illegal activityDo not solicit or advertise illegal acts (drugs for sale, non-consensual acts, etc.). Keep it legal where you live.
• Be honest & discreetDo not misrepresent who you are, impersonate others, or post contact details meant to scam people. Do not share other people’s private information or images.
• Report abuseIf you see something that breaks these rules, use the Report button on the profile, DM or ad. Reports go to the Sparks admin (“The Algorithm”, shown with an ADMIN badge), who can remove content and ban accounts.
